gotta love the "Sanchize"

Man oh man am i glad to hear the announcers on MNF finally say what i have been saying all seasons! Which is that the Jets are no where near as good as everyone keeps letting on, like they said during the game, the Jets D has been carrying them all season, yes their offense looks decent with those OT and 4th quarter wins, but their offense always starts slow if it starts at all, i guess Rex (who reminds me a lot of Kenny Powers) thought if they surround Sanchize with as much talent as they could it would make him better, and it has worked for the most part and i will admit he did look decent in the first half of the season, not by any means great at all, but it seemed as though he had gotten a little better as far as picks were concerned. I mean before tonight's game he had 16 touchdowns vs. 8 picks not that great but still better then last season that is for sure. But tonight was the exact game i wanted to see, vintage Sanchize going for 0 TD's and 3 picks this game man i couldn't be happier seeing this. Yeah i know they were on hardknocks  and i did come to like a lot of players on the team but i just never have liked the Sanchize or the New York football Jets i mean i do love a good defensive team, but you know those people who you hate but have no reason at all to hate them, that's the Jets for me i guess. It looks like i was right in my thoughts earlier today when i said you dont want to play the hoodie (Bill) and Tom "superman" Brady (not that he is the best, even though he just might be, everyone likes him as well thats why i go with the Superman nickname until i think of a better one.) twice in one season especially if you beat them early there is no way that they are coming away from that second game as losers. Now if only the Pat's can make the Bears look as bad as the Jets my Packers will be sitting pretty setting up a great match up at the end of the year with the Bears that of course is if the Packers can handle the Pat's themselves, which if you ask me i think that will be a great game i think the Pat's and the Packers are really similar but i think the Pack have a little better Defense. Now for the big news of the day the firing of Josh McDaniels which i think was pretty good call, ya he started off great last year but since then has done nothing but cost the Broncos money and 2 of their best offensive weapons (but that was when he first arrived) which they thought was fine they thought he could coach up Orton a little (which he kinda did) and  they thought they could draft well and coach up the team i think he thought he was just as good as he former head coach (the hoodie) but i got news for you Josh you aren't even close to being half the coach the hoodie is. I dont know if this will spark the Broncos like it has the Cowboys and the Vikings, but i think it is a move in the right direction for them.

Not much as far as the NBA goes tonight since i don't have NBA league pass or anything like that i could not catch any games, but the Heat won again, but they played the Bucks who don't have a winning record, still to me they are yet to prove themselves, yes the Cav's game was a big step in the right direction as i have said before but still they have yet to beat any team with talent. The Hawks pull off a win without Joe Johnson who happens to be on my fantasy team, i was so hurt when he got hurt he is such a big contributor to my team i dont have many huge names on my Fantasy team but i am first in my division and one win away from being 1st over all in my league. Since it was a dull night in the NBA ill talk about my fantasy team and my last match up. So ill first let you know who is on my team: At the Point i have Chauncey Billups and Tony Parker, strong Forward i got Rudy Gay, Boris Diaw, Dorell Wright and as i mentioned Joe Johnson, my power forwards are (probably my best player) Dirk Nowitzki, Luis Scola, and Andray Blatche, my centers are Tyson Chandler, Marc Gasol, So thats my team i was optimistic when the season started it was my first time actually playing fantasy basketball, last season i played but i kinda forgot about my team, this season i planned on taking it serious, but after the draft i was iffy on my team, i know i have a lot of good players but i was not to sure on how the scoring was done, once i figured it out i was pretty pleased with my team. for those of you who dont know how the scoring works in fantasy basketball, there are 8 categories the are Field goal %,                   Free throw %, 3 pointers, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, and points. They add up all those stats from your team through out the week, and for every category you win you get a win and for everyone you lose you get a loss. so far this year after 6 match ups i am 31-8-1. My last match up ended yesterday i was playing a team who was sub par they were under .500 and i thought that this match up would be the one i could gain some ground on the team that is in first place in the League, But the it did not start as i thought, i mean after the first day i usually am tied or maybe even losing but usually its 4-4 after the first couple days then i start to pull away, but this match up i fell behind early and for the first 4 days of the match up i was behind 2-6, i was really not having the best week, Parker was having a bad couple of games averaging under ten points, so as i sat there with 3 days left in the match i was hoping for a 4-4 tie by weeks end, BUT things turned around big time for me, and i ended the match on the winning end 6-2 which i could not be more happy about. i am sure you guys are tiered of hearing about my bogus fantasy basketball team, so ill let you guys go for now, tomorrow ill come back with my Bowl Blog, as well as my  bowl picks some stuff on the NFL and next weeks games and a look back at the year 2010 in sports as well as a look back at the NFL season thus far.
